| June 16, 2012 | Entry deadline for the Spring Art Fair at Queeny Park. Entry fee is $25.00. |
| June 23, 2012 | Late entry deadline. You may enter after June16, but no later than June 23; the late jury Fee is $50.00. Absolutely no entries will be accepted after the June 23 deadline. |
| July 6, 2012 | Jurying Date |
| July 9, 2012 | Artist Notification via e-mail. Acceptance letter will soon follow. |
| July 23, 2012 | Booth fees must be paid by this date. |
| August 10, 2012 | No booth fees will be refunded after this date. |
| August 31, 2012 | You may start setting up your booth starting 9:00 AM. Your booth must be set-up by 5:00 PM. |
| August 31, 2012 | Queeny Art Fair Starts at 6:00 PM and closes at 9:00 PM. |
| September 1, 2012 | Queeny Art Fair Starts at 10:00 PM and closes at 6:00 PM. |
| September 2, 2012 | Queeny Art Fair Starts at 11:00 PM and closes at 4:00 PM |
