We are pleased to announce the Greater St. Louis Art Association uses EntryThingy for artists to apply to the juried Art Fair at Queeny Park shows. We believe you will find this on-line application easy and quick to use.
Deadlines: The deadline for entering the Queeny Art Fair is January 15, 2020 and the entry fee is $25.00. The call for entry will be available after November 1, 2019. Absolutely no entries will be accepted after the January 15 deadline. We look forward to receiving your application. To make the process easier, read the information below: We encourage you to include an artist statement or resume. You may paste a copy of that file into the application form.
You will also need a TOTAL of FIVE digital images comprised of FOUR images of your art and ONE of your booth. These images must be in .jpg, .png or .gif format. Image file size must be between 300 KB minimum and 3 MB maximum size. The photographs must be no larger than 1920 pixels on the longest side. Minimum size in pixels is 600 X 600 pixels. Upload your booth image LAST to insure it is in the correct order for jury viewing.
Upon completing and submitting your entry form you will need to pay your Entry Fee. Your images will not be eligible for jury consideration until your mailed application and Application Fee payment have been received by GSLAA. You may pay the Application Fee by using the PayPal button in the EntryThingy Form or by mailing checks along with your printed copy of your entry form . If you choose to pay with check, then all the separate checks must be sent with the printed application, i.e. Application Fee(s) ($25), Single Booth Fee ($275), Corner ($30) or Extra 1/2 booth ($135). Please make checks payable to Greater St. Louis Art Association and mail to the address at the bottom of the printed form.
